Required Documentation:
IASO Members: Must provide their Membership ID number.
Students: Must submit their enrolment id or a bonafide certificate from their institution.
Additional Notes:
All refunds will be processed after the completion of the conference.
Participants are responsible for any transfer charges and applicable GST during the cancellation process.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing; telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer within 10 days after the conference concludes.
No inquiries regarding refunds will be entertained.

The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the program, venue, or speakers as necessary.
